European labeling regulations
We comply with all the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic labeling, which include:
CPNP REGISTRATION
Include the notification of your products in the European Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP).
LIST OF INGREDIENTS
We label ingredients using international nomenclature.
EXPIRATION DATE AND PAO
We clearly indicate the use-by date or the PAO symbol (“Period After Opening”).
MANDATORY INFORMATION
We show manufacturing batch, mode of use, legal warnings (e.g. avoid contact with eyes) and country of origin.
Before printing labels, we conduct a thorough regulatory review to ensure compliance. This avoids regulatory sanctions and makes it easier for your product to be ready for marketing in Europe.
